"Rayna Bell won't be graduating this year. But her fellow students, graduating seniors of Concrete High School, won't forget her. She died about two years ago in a car accident on Highway 20. Last night, a half hour before they were to accept their diplomas, about a dozen placed flowers at the spot she died. I'm in the Marine Corps stationed at Camp Pendleton, CA. I've been in for 8 years and have attained the rank of Sergeant (E-5). I also have just re-elisted for another 4 years.
